Are you a Library and Information Science researcher who is working with refugee or migrant information issues? Perhaps you are interested in areas related to social inclusion and public libraries, the role of technology in refugee or migrant resettlement or working with culturally diverse communities?
If you are interested in meeting other researchers to discuss the issues and challenges that this area of research and practice presents, then please join us at ASIS&T on Friday 14th October 15:00-17:00 at the hotel.

Women Leaders of the Information Field Happy Hour
Are you a woman program director, chair, director, dean in a library or information science program? Do you manage a research center or lab? Are you interested in leadership positions and advancement in the information field in the future and want to meet like-minded women? All women leaders in the information field (present or future) are invited to meet each other at this informal happy hour. Meet at 17:00-19:00 at the hotel bar/Atrium for a complimentary drink and snacks.
